3 Simple Smoothie Recipes

Smoothies are a delicious and super convenient way to add a ton of nutrients into an easy, portable meal. Made with healthy ingredients like fresh fruits, vegetables, nut butters, seeds and superfood ingredients, smoothies can be a great nutritious snack option or as a meal replacement.

Many store-bought smoothies added sugars and preservatives, so it’s a great idea to invest in your own blender to make your own. Many of the best healthy smoothie recipes are made with real food, free from unnecessary sweeteners and chemicals, and include a balance of carbs, fats, and protein to suit your individual needs. Remember, what works for one person may not be the best option for the body of another.

Whether you’re looking for a healthy dessert alternative, easy breakfasts, a delicious post-workout snack, or just want to get more nutrients into your diet, smoothies are a great option.
