RETHINK YOUR SALADS!
This salad recipe is one of my new favorites because of it's simplicity.
We sometimes overcomplicate things when it comes to our health.
We'll rather eat processed health products that scream 'fat free', 'low calorie', 'vegan', rather than opting for fruits and vegetables...🍎🥑🥦
We'll rather join gyms, do fitness challenges and invest in expensive equipment rather than moving more or walking, or playing with our kids or 🐶
How about going back to the simple things when it comes to your health?

MLW Beet & Peach salad
Ingredients:
2-3 medium sized beets, cooked & thinly sliced
2 yellow peaches, washed and thinly sliced
1/4 of a red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
A handful of mint leaves
Juice from half a lime
2-3 tbsp of Extta Virgin olive oil
2-4 tsp black & white sesame seeds
Sea salt to taste
Method:
Layer all of your ingredients. Drizzle with evoo, lime and add salt & sesame seeds. Enjoy!
