MLW Glowing Skin Oats
Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free oats 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (add more if you like it more runny) 1 tblsp of raw honey, maple syrup or stevia 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract 1 tsp of raw cacoa powder 1/2 tsp of cinnamon 1 scoop of Hydrolysed Collagen Powder 1 tblsp of pumpkin seeds 1 tblsp of goji berries 1 tblsp of Tahini to drizzle Strawberry, banana & coconut chips for garnish (optional) Method: Combine all the ingredients into a small saucepan and turn the heat to medium/high. Bring to a boil. Then turn down to low and continually stir for 3 to 5 min until Oats is cooked. Remove from heat & serve immediately with a drizzle of honey, Tahini and toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
