Popsicles or Ice Pops are refreshing homemade Ice Lollies that make the perfect healthy summer treat!
I wanted to keep the recipe as natural as possible while not skimping on taste.
So I used some of my favorite Rugani Juice (find the flavors below) fresh fruits and whipped coconut cream. It was so easy, as a Health Coach they tick all of my boxes for antioxidants, beta-carotene and vitamins, and they have officially become my latest obsession!

MLW Juicey Ice Pops:
Ingredients
1/2 can coconut milk/cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
Rugani's ABC juice, Carrot & Pineapple juice and Zobo infused Beetroot juice 🌺
Fruits cut into small pieces, I used cherries, pineapple and blueberries but play around with it!
Method:
Coconut cream lollies - Whisk together coconut milk, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla. Pour into 1/3 of the ice pop molds, add cherry pieces 🍒 and fill up the molds with the Zobo infused Beetroot juice.
Carrot & Pineapple & ABC juice lollies - add pieces of fruits of your choice to the ice pop molds. Fill 1/3 with Carrot & Pineapple 🥕 🍍 juice and the remaining 1/3 with the ABC juice.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Mix and match the ingredients to suit your taste buds!
