You are more than your body


"I am more than my body." I use this affirmation often as someone who used to suffer with disordered eating and body dismorphia. I always try and remind my clients and the people around me of this amazing fact too. Yes Your body is important and should be taken care of, respected, nourished, acknowledged, loved hopefully and accepted. Also, You are more than your body. It's a beautiful balance that you can step into and embrace once you've started to heal not only your physical addictions to food, sugar, binge eating etc, but also your mental addictions to criticism, judement, comparison and the likes. You're an infinite being, with so much more to offer the world than the meat suit you're occupying at the moment ✨ Use this affirmation often and share it if it resonates with you!
